EVENT ATTENDANCE POLICIES:
Photography policy: Attendance at PHLT programs and events constitutes consent to be photographed for use in print and electronic media. Images will not be identified using full names without written approval from the individual. Please notify PHLT staff if you would prefer that your photo not be used.
Cancellation policy: Events may be cancelled due to inclement weather or low registration. In that case, we will make every effort to update our website and contact registrants, and we will offer refunds of paid registrations for cancelled programs. Thank you for helping us in our land conservation work to inspire people to care for, enjoy, and explore their natural world.
We have a no-smoking policy at all PHLT land trust events.
PHLT events include guided hikes and nature walks, history walks, kids crafts and outdoor explorations, field trips, birdwatching, stargazing, educational programs, wild plant workshops, art workshops, exhibits, & more!
We love to collaborate with naturalists, educators, creators, and enthusiasts of all kinds.

PHLT requires a certificate of insurance from any organization hosting an event on PHLT property.
