PRESERVE YOUR LAND
If you are interested in preserving your land, contact us to learn more about your conservation options . Owners who enter into conservation agreements with PHLT may qualify for reduced property taxes and reduced liability for income and estate taxes. Donating land to PHLT carries similar tax and estate benefits.
